Howdy folks, Clint here taking over in Dawn’s usual space: This week’s been pretty crazy because my family is celebrating a late Xmas and we’ve been trying to get ready for that, amongst other busy-ness. Fortunately, our good friend Manny Moreno has come to the rescue with his guest submission, straight out of one of those so-called “Zombie Hunting” catalogs that get distributed to folks in the Safe Zones who don’t know any better, but still fancy themselves rootin’ tootin’ zombie killin’ machines.
All I can say about these catalogs is they sure do have a lot of fine print disclaimers in them about not being responsible for death or injury resulting from use of their products. Makes ya think, don’t it?
Next week: new year, new comic. In the meantime, continue to have those Happy Holidays!

Nice job by Manny. I wonder if he has a fan page on Facebook or something. Happy New Year to both of you, and I look forward to meeting Uncle Chuck!
XD wow. I’d kind of like to see a drawing or demonstration of that Hatpin Bayonet, if you please.
I wants me one for mah scatter gun. XD
This weapon is actually closer to reality than one might suspect. A number of pistol-blade combinations have been tried throughout history. A notable example is the 1838 Elgin Cutlass Pistol, which was a .54-cal. single-shot pistol with a 11.5-in. Bowie knife blade mounted under the barrel. The weapon was originally intended for Naval combat boarding parties; while only 150 were made the design was used in battle at least once.
