Even at "arm's length" Frank apparently had to make two tries, and of course he wasn't even pulling the trigger for the other hit. Does that make him a bad shot? Well, Suzie seemed confident having him cover her, and assuming the same operator is running Camera Two now as during the Muriel incident, they sure weren't willing to take the chance back then!

Frank now has a scope mounted on the rifle, which would help with longer shots.
