397 – Just Pronounce It “Win”

CLINT: I came up with Will's somewhat insufferable personal slogan/play on words many, many moons ago, based on the Vietnamese surname "Nguyen" and the English word "win" being virtual homophones. In fact I even had Dawn draw it onto one of our in-universe billboard ads way back in 2011, but once it was shrunken down to our standard page size I don't think anyone was really able to read it, so this is probably the first time most of you get to be aware. Come to think of it, now that I'm squinting at that page the original version was: "Pronounce it WIN! It's what I'm made of..." So that's actually been dialed back a bit. You're welcome.

    Wow I have a cow-orker with that last name, and I never knew that it was pronounced ‘win’. I wonder how a zombie hide coat smells. Not pleasant I bet.
