Honey is crazy stuff; if it's kept away from moisture it theoretically has an infinite "shelf life". There's still arguments over whether archeologists tasting some uncovered in Egyptian tombs is anecdotal, but The Smithsonian seems to weigh in on the positive side. Hard candy can last a long time as well without spoiling (wrapper stickiness and flavor are other matters), but Chuck isn't doing a good job of convincing Rosa about either sweet treat.

    Sorry, Chuck, I’m with Rosa; I’ve had Jolly Ranchers do that to me and there is no way I’m going to put the whole wrapper in my mouth like that, not even in a zombie apocalypse.
