176 – War And Remembrance

Our commercial break (a.k.a. our Summer Vacation) is over, even if Summer isn't quite done. Episode Eight begins! But before we return to Suzie and the rest out at the Z Ranch, we'll be easing back into this Weird New West by way of another entertainingly edifying SAT-TV (and ClearStream) presentation. The guest posts from the break have been moved into our Extras section (the 'episode' after the end of all current episodes). They are also still accessible through the archives and should be posted in the Fan Art showcase of the website by week's end. Thanks again to all our contributors! And if you're just rejoining us, we wanted to again ask everyone so inclined to please take a moment to vote for Dawn's entry into the Long Beach Comic & Horror Con's souvenir art book contest. Since Zombie Ranch's "birthday" was at the first ever Long Beach Con, making the cut for inclusion is of great sentimental value to us. The possible cash prizes and the fact that luminaries like Chris Achilleos and Larry Elmore will be looking over submissions isn't too shabby either -- in fact it's safe to say Dawn is utterly giddy because works like the Heavy Metal movie inspired her so much as a kid, especially the "warrior woman" sequence.
