   my first impression was: Oh Em Gee Rosa! backstory incoming, maybe? (hopefully 😀 )
   but then I also noticed Frank and Oscar in the 3rd panel and that made me smile 🙂

   Always thought Rosa looked like she was wearing some kind of military coveralls and thought she might be a military deserter
   But it’s a flight suit

   I that a chibi Rosa in the third panel?

   Also; yeah, helicopters need constant maintenance which often makes them more expensive than fixed wing craft. While Clear Stream is selling the romance of lone gun courier, I’m sure most belong to a UPS/FedEx like company.

   @SteelRaven – More like some sort of exploitative sub-contracting systerm.
   Fly one of our rigs – means have to justify expenses to company, with anything deemed ‘unneccesary’ coming out of your pay.
   Fly your own rig – responsible for costs yourself – which comes out of your pay.
   Take out a loan to buy your own rig – debt plus maintenance to pay off.

   And that’s not even getting into other issues run into by truckers in our reality – unrealistic contracts that mean you have to fly when exhausted, constant squeezing of margins, etc.

   The great thing about a flight suit is that out of context it looks more or less just a jump suit or coveralls like any mechanic might wear. Hell, Rosa could have been a Ghostbuster for all the clues it gave, but I still like that we’ve had the clue there since the beginning. 🙂
